My research Question

How are colleges willing to offer help to first year students?

  1. I think colleges can't really offer help to first year students because there's nothing they can do for first year students. Maybe their advisor can help them to guide their schedules and classes. Many colleges offer club meetings and activities that students can attend. I think first year students should ask for a help first.

  2. Isn't there a class at PNC to help with something for first year students? Others may also offer something to help students learn about different careers to help them out, or show them better ways of studying, or even something on time management. People are all over campuses that students whether they be first year students or not ask for help whenever needed. That is part of what the staff's job is.
